In the 17th of October we were in the Second Opening Day of the Archaeological Site of Vega Baja in Toledo (Spain).
It was a really interesting experience, because the archaeologists that are working in the site are the ones that show you the site too. The explanation took one hour but in any moment was boring of to difficulty to understand, even for people like us that we don't have too much knowledge for the arqueological tecniques.
The site is quite big, an there is too much work to do for many years, but even in this moment you can appreciate its importance, because the "Códices" talk us that Toledo was the capital of visigodos reing, but until now, no one could discover any important visigodos traces in Toledo. For this reason this site will provide the confirmation.
From Ludus Gladiatorium Vulcanum, we encourage you to continue with this job, an many other that we know are being doing out of Toledo's walls. An we are sure, just in some time, this site will be a new point of interest for the people that every day visit Toledo.
